It's a place to live.

Rates keep going up, service has gotten worse. Charging good tenants random fees for trash bins that aren't stored in garages (for aesthetics??) but they don't even take care of the landscaping, leaves...wonder how snow removal will be this year... Little ways to get more money out of us. On the positive, it's a safe community and I like my neighbors.

Shelby Township is awesome

I like the area, the apartment is beautiful, my neighbors are really nice. It’s quiet and secluded, yet close to key necessities. I’ve had a few maintenance issues, but they were resolved quickly.
