Overall a great experience

Ive lived here over the last year and have nothing but good things to say. Solid price, getting exactly what is advertised. The location is nice, nestled between busier areas, allowing access to the action without being right in it. Respectfully attentive with any issues we’ve ran into. Neighbors and everyone around seem nice.

The office staff is not always helpful. If you need something foxed its not the fastest process.

It's a place to live.

Rates keep going up, service has gotten worse. Charging good tenants random fees for trash bins that aren't stored in garages (for aesthetics??) but they don't even take care of the landscaping, leaves...wonder how snow removal will be this year... Little ways to get more money out of us. On the positive, it's a safe community and I like my neighbors.
